Explanation:

Each track is set in a different environment, and softly carries its own unique tone played throughout. Each unique tone resonates with a specific area of healing, you can see those in each song title. Additionally, the music itself is entirely tuned to its given tone to make it even easier to resonate with each healing type.

This was all laid out and explained to me by Clare Tonkin, the most amazing healer I know, and Author of ‘Good Vibrations’, the book this is based on.

Working with these tones had an extremely healing effect on me, during a very difficult time for me personally. I’m hoping this also has a helpful effect on others who take time to listen and just be.

I hope it can give your spirit, heart, mind and body some space, some health. Big love <3
